Property using the area abutting the sidewalk as a parking area with no barrier from pedestrians. Vehicles obviously have to drive on the sidewalk to access these parking spots. This is extremely dangerous to pedestrians. I imagine that the building management is also charging their tenants exorbitant fees to use these illegal parking spaces.
