The ceiling cracked 08/31/2019, and collapsed on 09/01/2019 from a leak. The leak has been repaired, but there is still a hole in the ceiling. The owner is in no rush to repair, and when I told her I would be moving 10/16/2019, she stated she will repair after I move. What are my rights?

Vegetation over the sidewalk.

Bushes overgrowing a large portion of the sidewalk. Back-in parking on the street in this area and once cars are parked (with their back ends over the sidewalk) it forces pedestrians into the street. These parking spaces are almost always in use.
