The apartment has failed to change the carbon monoxide alarms for three years. On 2/6/23, the fire department was called because of one of my neighbors' carbon monoxide detectors went off. She then pulled the alarm to alert the building of potential danger. Our requests for repairs have been closed without the maintenance person showing up.
