Continuous hot water / boiler issues. Since 10/22 I have logged over eight concerns/ complaints to my landlord as we often lose hot water for many days at a time. Most recently I have no hot water in my shower since 1/3. I would like an inspection to ensure that the boiler is up to code. I can never know when my landlord will or will not respond timely.
