Per SDOT: "An Alder approxiomately 20" DBH. It is located what seems like on the property of 1717 Surgus Ave. S. It was difficult to determine who would most want this tree removed. There would be a view issue for the new homes to the West of the tree, but the tree is on the slope below their homes.ECA: Steep slope and landslide prone."
