Duplicate Zoning/light glare--per online--The building put up a flood light in the alley that is unshielded and pointed DIRECTLY at the adjacent condominium units disrupting their use and visibility.

Zoning/light glare--per online--This building recently put up a LED flood light in the back alley. This light however is uncovered and angled directly into the opposing building residents' windows across the alley. This is not only a disruption to the units of the adjacent building, but a violation of 23.46.020A "Exterior lighting wall be shielded and directed away from adjacent uses".

Per Online: "Major plumbing issues - in unit 4 there is no water pressure & hot water only lasts a few minutes. These issues have been reported & documented and no action is being taken by management to repair."
