Caller is renting out a room in a boarding house. Wires from closet look gerry-rigged to new heater installed, also circuit breakers are blowing regularly. Caller advised owner transformed inside of house to accomodate as many rooms as possible to rent. Appears to have had permits but recently ripped staircase from main floor to basement out and replaced cement stairs with wood (no permit) and displaced tenants with no notice to do so.
