Per online complaint dated on 12/17/05- "There is an alley behind the apartment buiding. The accumulation of garbage is happening there. It is coming from one apartment which leaves its sliding glass door open all the time, along with cats coming and going from the apartment.The name of the apartment building is "Alpine Apts"."
