My unit and the building have multiple unresolved maintenance, safety, and habitability issues. My oven has been non-functional since my written repair request on November 15, 2025 at 4:08 PM, and the landlord did not initiate repairs within the required 72-hour window under RCW 59.18.070. Instead, on November 19 the landlord canceled the oven work order (#140737-1) and combined it with a low-priority countertop request, which appears to have been done to delay or reset the required repair time
