Vegetation encroaching onto back alleyway, as well as sidewalk along S Hanford St. The vegetation is blocking visibility around corner and the overgrowth is adversely affecting solid waste pickup services. ***Trees are encroaching over adjacent private properties as well - to the point where complaints have been filed using the wrong property address entirely***
