HiI am a tenant at 1729 12th Avenue, Apt 215, Seattle, WA 98122. There has been an ongoing water leak in my unit since approximately January 9th with it escalating on January 16th with multiple leaks in wall / ceiling around electrical fixtures, then again with my ceiling panel in my Kitchen falling from the ceiling on January 18th.I provided written notice to my landlord on late January 9th, did not hear back until January 12th, and followed up again on January 16th when no action was

Sewage backup in kitchen sink - ongoing for approximately one week. Sewage has overflowed onto countertop and floor. MGMT has been mostly unresponsive, and told tenant to use kitchen sink. Similar plumbing problems in neighboring apartment unit as well.
