PER CSB: Mitchell called in to CSB to inquire about codes for a construction company using very bright lights to illuminate their work area. He says the Fox Hill Plaza Condos are almost completed. His windows face north to the construction zone and he is unable to get any sleep with the two powerful lights illuminating his entire street. The lights are placed high and tower over the building. They were installed two weeks ago. Mitchell fears these are permanent lights
