New owner as of Feb.1st. I need to verifyrental laws aroundmoving with children in school. New owner isrenovating and wants to take awaythe garage spaceand close access to the stairs, leavingme having to gooutside to get toto my bed or get to the laundryroom. Is this lawful and can I askfor a deduction inrent since I'm losingspace?
