Hi! As per Seattle ordinance 126450, and the seattle.gov website (https://www.seattle.gov/rentinginseattle/renters/managing-the-rental-relationship/receiving-notice-from-your-landlord?fbclid=IwAR1Dp3z3Lck2-BM_l735ATxuieFaQfhJlik-HNQLlbvWkkIdZPV3Qmj1fRc), landlords need to provide a 180 day notice for rent increases as of November 8, 2021. Despite this, I received a lease renewal notice from my apartment building exactly on November 8 with a ~30% increase
