My oven in my apartment stopped functioning on October 17, 2022. As of November 2, 2022, I have not received any help with this issue. My landlord is trying to claim that it is not his responsibility to take care of this in timely manner or that it is reasonable to give me an allowance on my rent for the missing essential living standard I was missing for half a month.
