Many of the Fire Doors in Buildings A, B and C are being wedged open. They are required either to be held open by magnetic hold open devices that are connected to the Fire Alarm System or they must be closed and latched. Many of the doors need adjustment because they do not close and latch by themselves from a held open position. Smoke gasketing is also missing from the fire rated doors. Our leasing office has had 2 transitions in property management over the past 5 years that we have lived here. During that time, they have refused to fix our deck which was deemed dangerous over 3 years ago. They have not fixed our sliding doors, which have had problems for over 2 years and do not seal wasting energy and requiring excessive effort to move.
