I had a complaint regarding construction noise. Nearby my residence at the intersection of S Horton St and Beacon Ave S there was loud construction work happening from around 8pm Mar 11 until 3:15am Mar 12. It included impact work that sounded like it continued past 1am.I wanted to know more about how this work was granted a variance to be able to violate the Noise Code regarding construction noise. What about this project necessitated that it violated the Noise Code, and why was it allowed

Tree removal. Holly tree in front of C\D unit, possibly a pine tree cut on side of building on 1740 S Horton side along Beacon Ave - no notification given to residents. These tier 4 trees cut around September 2025. More trees planned to be cut and rec'd notification re tree cutting. Please inspect.

They have a pop up tent that protrudes out on the sidewalk, they are regular gatherings of 10 or more people regularly and are noisy until late at night. consumig alcohol on the side walks. It almost seems like they are running a bar. they start at late afternoon and go on until 11 or 12 at night.
