There is a steel plate placed on Aurora Ave in front of 1740 that is causing very high levels of noise. And with larger vehicles is causing shock waves like small earthquakes. I am finding it hard to sleep and be in my apartment with the extreme levels of noise coming from this plate.

Extremely bright light coming from the unit every night - light can be seen clear across Lake Union with intensity. I believe the light trespasses beyond what Washington state law permits and is not compliant with Seattle Code.
