Tenant has yellow jackets outside of window entering into unit. Submitted maintenance request 8/14 for the bees. Later realized it was yellow jackets; let Mmgt know on 8/16 when they responded. Would like to know rights and how quickly should they respond? Right now only rights concern.

Per online complaint "Back door to rental building has a broken off key in the lock, rendering it un-enterable from the outside. Also one of the safety railings on the back porch area is broken and has been "fixed" with rope."
