I am a home builder and have a finished 3 unit building next door to this property. I and my neighbors are concerned of unsafe and unhealthy conditions of this property, (rat infestation) and possible unlawful activities including homelessness and drug use. I have contacted the property owners about these conditions and wish to file this complaint anonymously, as I don't trust this individual.My complaints are as follows:abandoned and derelict building at the rear of the property
