Hello, I am the tenant of 1748 N 130th St. Inside the house there is a converted portion of the garage which does not have a window to the outside making it an illegal unit. The landlord has been has been charging people to stay in the illegal unit and is in the process of moving a renter into the illegal unit on July 8th. I have told the landlord that the unit is illegal because there is no window and no rent can be collected. Please help.
