I am reporting a severe, chronic, building-wide cockroach infestation at the Nyer Urness House (17553 NW 56th St), which violates Seattle Municipal Code (SMC 22.206.160.A.3) and Washington State Law (RCW 59.18.060).The building management is failing to maintain the premises in a habitable condition.
