On October 3rd there was a fire in my apartment unit I need an inspection to deem whether or not my unit is habitable. My unit is currently without a proper window, any appliances and missing portions of the wall roughly about two and a half feet up from the floor. I was also recently informed that the roof was also unstable. I am trying to activate my tenant relocation services as well

I am reporting a severe, chronic, building-wide cockroach infestation at the Nyer Urness House (17553 NW 56th St), which violates Seattle Municipal Code (SMC 22.206.160.A.3) and Washington State Law (RCW 59.18.060).The building management is failing to maintain the premises in a habitable condition.
