Negligent WJL Homeservices Management company and Landlord. 1. October 2022: Water leak from the 3rd floor to the main floor to the basement. Took them 3 weeks to fix the bathroom with damage which also impacted the toilet. Requested twice via email to WJL and Landlord for rent reduction without response from either the Landlord or WJL Homeservices. 2. 11/30/22: Submitted 3 requests for maintenance which included: 1) Open vent in the basement that needs to be closed off because it is heatin
