PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Unshielded external lights on multiple floors of building. Direct light entering surrounding households. This is an "apodment" building nearing completion. Exterior lights were installed without shielding. Please contact me for pictures.***(HZT NOTES: This SR created for a "LIGHT AND GLARE STANDARDS" violation. Created as a CONST complaint per there is an active construction permit, and confirmed with Complainant that the lights are on outside allowable hours.)
