Trash room is blocked with bags of waste that include raw meats, eggs, soiled diapers, dog urine and feces, used menstrual products, rotting food, and large items of furniture. The room is never cleared or cleaned by property staff. The furniture is not being taken away. I have filed numerous complaints with my building management directly and have not heard anything back.

Construction activities, including the use of loud machinery, at 11:15pm on a Tuesday outside the noise variance. Current variance allows for non-pour setup to begin at 5:30am. When I spoke to a manager on the scene, he said there was nothing he could do because they were a contractor, and he couldn't make them stop.
