4 vehicles parked in u shaped drive in front of duplex; all of the cars belong to the same person. 2 of the cars are inop; one car is parked further up in the 'u'; the 2 inops are parked in the leg of the 'u', and the vehicle they use is parked a.m. and p.m. so that it blocks the sidewalk.There is also junk storage that can be seen in the front and some that is in the back but cannot be seen from the ROW.
