Per on line complaint, There are two evergreen trees that were planted on the planting strip on the corner of NW 60th and 20th ave NW. Don't know if a permit was obtained to plant this species. They are too big for the space . . extending into the street, sidewalk, utility lines, and partially blocking stop sign.Caller says that he has tried to keep them trimmed because the branches slap people in the face as they walk by on the sidewalk.
