Per Online: "Ongoing violation of allowed work hours. The contractor and their subs have continuously violated the quiet hours of 7am-7pm on week days and 9am - 7pm on weekends. They have operated heavy equipment (excavators, graders and cioncrete pumping trucks and power tools before and after hours."
