Landlord is not giving proper notice of entry to the unit, believes 24 hrs is sufficient and was argumentative and threatening when we asked for 48 hrs. Additionally the owner and is frequently stopping by without notice to inspect the exterior of the house but is looking into all the windows and not just checking the property. The pool maintenance was also on our patio which is part of the rental unit also staring in the windows. We never know when the pool people are coming and it is unclear
