Per Online; The Hollywood apartments mismanaged fiberglass materials and used our laundry room as a fiberglass & carpet storage. We used the shared coin operated washer and dryer machines on Monday 3/1 to wash 4 loads of laundry. This included clothing, towels, and, bedding. It took us 3 days before our skin, eye, and throat reactions were so severe we checked our clothing. We found everything we washed to be covered in fiberglass. PER PHONE COMPLAINT: inquiry tenant's right regarding Security Deposit (SD).Complainant is moving out at end of April 2017 after nine (9) years as a tenant. There was no inspection checklist at move in nor did she receive a receipt for the SD paid.The property manager wants to do an inspection and she is concerned about a move out inspection considering the initial inspection was never completed.***(HZT NOTES: transferred to Dulcie O'Sullivan direct on 4/10/17 1:50pm.)
