Resident starts Outdoor BBQ furnace at strange times -- early in the morning (5 am - 7 am) and/or at random times (2 pm, 3pm). Smoke comes into other people's window at random time as well, especially in the morning, which is very disturbing. Contact owner one time seems not that effective (not owner but her boyfriend). Smoke affect our sleep and work (WFH). Hope you can interfere.
