Per online complaint "Ford Explorer, older green model with Lic. plate # 188 XPH is on driveway with tires off, up on jacks, unstable. It's a safety hazard. There is also some open, bagged garbage near the truck. This property in question is on S. State Street and 18th. Ave. S. in N. Beacon Hill Thank-you"
