SR #25-00019011Unauthorized Encampment - 1806 12th ave is a nuisance property. The garbage is always over flowing and furniture sits there for weeks. This summer a dumpster fire set the building on fire and they still haven?t fixed it.garbage is always blowing down the alley. This situation attracts drug vagrants. There are currently three smoking drugs on a mattress. There is the world?s largest fentynal poo on the ground. The building owner should be fined

Water was shutoff without notice. There have been complaints from downstairs neighbor about a leak from tenants unit. Tenant allowed Maintenance to come in and fix it and it was never fixed properly, been an issue for last 6months. Maintenance has came back to fix again and not follow guidelines of Covid by wearing a mask. Tenant felt violated. When Maintenance tried to enter again without proper notice tenant didn't allow them to come in, next thing his water was off.

When I contacted the apartment complex Common Living because I had not heard anything about returning my security deposit thy said there company policy was to return it within 40 days but Seattle law says 21 days. Then they said my check was processed on the 21st however when I received my check it was actually processed on the 25th after the 21 days requirement.

Per online complaint "Building and building next to it (1806 12th ave, 98122 also owned by Tyler Carr) have been vacant since 6/2011. 1. Ongoing problems with trash and junk in yard, homeless people defecating/sleeping/drinking/doing drugs in yard. 2. One break-in that I know of due to building being open to entry."
