Back when I first moved in I stayed on the first floor well the building had a sewage problem due to someone flushing a fork down the drain and backing the system so it caused the pipes to flood coming through and I had filled a trash can twice and a storage bin twice and had to call fire department due to management not doing anything so they tried to shut it off which sort of slowed it I guess but already it been almost a full 24hrs at that point It created bubbles with sewage water in them d

Per Online;The property 1807 13TH AVE S SEATTLE, WA 98144 is currently occupied by a women's shelter without the proper permits and approvals. The property Certificate of Occupancy is for Apartment Condo/Storage. Please send an inspector as this is causing safety issues for the neighbors.
