I moved out of this building in August. My 13 year old daughter's room was uninhabitable due to gaps in the wall and a rotting window frame that allowed wasps to get into her room. Mold was a constant issue. The landlord charged me rent for this dump in August and accessed an illegal cleaning fee he didn't refund.After I moved out, they finally replaced a lot of the plaster in the back bedroom, per the building manager.
