I live in the 1809 E John St Upper Unit. I have a shared floor/ceiling with the Lower Unit as well as a shared backyard space. Today on July 4th-5th there is noise above 70 decibels after 10 til at least 2 am when I am writing this. This is not the first time this has happened. This happens every 1-2 weeks both on weekdays and weekends. I have been tolerant and understanding of noise but it's gotten to the point that the whole block is bothered by this noise. I have made noise complaint reports

Landlord has not responded to complaints regarding outdated/over used electrical panel. Leaking sink has rotted wall. May be mold problems due to moisture.
