Building is very difficult to exit without fob and is impossible to exit for someone in a wheelchair (can't exit the way you came in, and the one guest exit I could find that is reachable from the elevator has two flights of stairs).

Per 7/30/16 online complaint: "Fire safety concerns. Our apt building is being expanded. For the past 2-3 weeks, there has only been 1 functioning emergency exit and its on the 3rd floor. (Ground level has been removed for construction) Other exits are hooked up to a security system which frequently malfunctions." since 07/13/2016***Is exiting in 1814 12th Ave S per minimum code while they construct the building at 1808 12th Ave S (Permit 6486483)***
