Renting from private individal. Awful sewage smell from septic, gas leak alarm malfunctions, issues with water heater. Landlord is constantly hiring possible unlicensed contractors that do not speak English, believes they are his friends. Refusing to pay a professional to actually fix the issue. Would like to discuss tenant rights, does not want retaliation for complaint
