PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: There's ongoing construction on E John Street between 18th Ave E and 19th Ave E. Started in September with "No Parking" signs stating it would end Oct. 6th. Noise levels continue, along with NO street parking availability & NO trash curbside pickup. Construction seems to be at a standstill.

PER CSB COMPLAINT: I saw two residents from Thomas Manor toss a couch off their balcony and then carry it to the vacant house behind my address. I contacted the management company to file a complaint, but they were rude and didn't care their residents were dumping furniture in the neighborhood.ALLEY CLEAR AND COUCH IS IN BACKYARD OF BOARDED UP HOUSE THAT WILL EVENTUALLY BE DEMOLISHED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
