I am a tenant at 1815 15th Ave, Apt 204, Seattle, WA, 98122. Since approximately mid-February 2025, I have been experiencing ongoing water intrusion and visible mold growth in my apartment. The primary issue is a leak in the exterior wall, which allows moisture to enter my unit and leads to rapid, recurring mold growth on interior surfaces.Despite my repeated notifications to my landlord/management company (Cornell and Associates) and a visit from their representative, the underlying issues
