I've been waiting many months to receive a response to the complaint I've submitted regarding this property that include the following:-Stairs leading to unit not up to code, they are too steep, inconsistent rises, broken/cracking and riddled with moss-There is no accessible route to the unit, tenant need to climb 1-2 flights of concrete stairs to access the property-One of the exterior unit doors is not up to code - the door has a huge air gap at the bottom and only has a push lock. The stairs leading to the rental unit do not look up to code. They are extremely steep (rise as right high as 10 inches), extremely narrow and riddled with rocks and moss. The plants are overgrown making it very difficult for a normal sized person to walk up and down them

Per Online; The brooding common area laundry room is abhorrently unkept. It is a shared laundry space that the community apartments of the building use. It is unreasonably dirty, infested with spider nests and stink bugs and they creep into my apartment from this space. It looks like the basement of an abandoned building, like it has not been cleaned in over 10 years. Tenants of this building deserve a clean and orderly space to do our LAUNDRY.
