This apartment building uses a leaf blower to "clean" its outdoor hallways nearly every other day. Not only is the leaf blower noise extremely disruptive, but the act also causes dust and dirt to blow out into the adjacent neighboring buildings, especially when the maintenance staff is using it from higher floors. This building should be using a broom, not a leaf blower, if it's cleaning so frequently to minimize neighborhood disruption and dust.
