The guests who stay at an illegal short-term rental across the alley from us keep dumping their garbage/recycling in or around our bins. We've left notes for the host but it keeps happening. We are also working with Elena Blackmore with the City of Seattle to get this illegal rental shut down but in the meantime, the illegal rental and trash dumping continues. The address of the illegal rental is 1815 5th Ave North, Seattle.
