PER ONLINE: The construction next door (parcel 19348001, 1818 E fir St) removed a fence on the property boundary without any notice. I believe this is in violation of WA statute #16.60.020. They eventually replaced the fence which differs in style and quality from the original. While most of the fence is slightly over the property line, on the neighbors side, some exists on my side of the property line as well.I ask that the owner/developer replace the cheap fence
