Property is registered as 2br/1ba (King County parcel 913610-2810). We were not provided the renters handbook, security deposits and move in fees were greater than permitted by Seattle King County law. Additionally, never received a requested signed copy of the lease.

Per online complaint "I am the renter at this address. The home has several substandard conditions, including unsanitary plumbing issues, uncovered outlets, structural problems like unsafe stairs, warped floors, chipping and cracked walls. There are discarded fences and overgrown vegetation in the yards, etc."
