In early January, a pipe burst on the top floor resulting in walls and ceiling being water damaged. Building told him to move out for major repairs to take place. They showed him two other units in the building at the same price that weren't equivalent to his. For the past two weeks there have been fans running and he's concerned about compensation for electrical bill. Wondering if he can break the lease without the $7,000 fee proposed by property management.
