I have been unable to get a garbage key for over 5 days now and have trash piling in my apartment because my leasing office isn't able to be contacted. Manager is on vacation did not inform anybody and the office line is all voicemails for the last three days. I called every number available. I am autistic and it's been absolutely maddening because I don't feel safe and I have emailed repeatedly about other issues and none of the staff reply either.

No hot water for three days. According to the Property Manager, the water heater has gone out and was supposed to be fixed by 5/7/24. Then, it turned into the water heater will be fixed by noon on 5/8/24. Now, the water is a dingy color. As a result, the water is undrinkable and residents are unable to adequately shower and sanitize/wash dishes. After requesting update from Property Management, they are no longer responsive.
