POTA Compliant-Cornell and Associates posted a fourteen-day notice to pay or quit on a tenants door without merit. Tenant has reached out to the property manager Holly Betz in October of 2025 asking for clarification on the alleged debt. Holly has failed to produce a signed utility agreement, meter reading, billing statements and the other documents required by statute.
