Construction of townhouses at 1819 13th.They are using a bucket truck for the construction that is causing a low rumbling noise in my apartment roughly 250 feet away. It's very very low frequency. It sounds similar to having a vehicle with loud/modified exhaust sitting at idle right outside the building.You can also hear it in the parking lot for the greek orthodox church. The overall engine noise from this boom truck isn't that loud, it's just this low frequency rum
