HOUSING, basement unit electricy wattage is higher than normal, there are some outlets that are dead, recnt electrical fire at meter box has been address w/SCL - landlord has not repaired issue 3 units here all share 1 meter box now, rats in the walls serious hazard due to all the electric issues here this home does not feel safePOTA - tenant rights
